Full Time Payroll Trainee

Full training with educational support leading to a professional payroll qualification will be provided
Responsibilities will include the following
  • Responsible for the processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients -180 + payrolls ranging from 150+ employees to 1-10 employees per entity.
  • Calculating and entering of all amendments e.g. starters, leavers, tax certs, BIK, pension deductions, allowances etc.
  • Accurately process payroll instructions received from clients – produce and check payroll reports prior to dispatch to clients
  • Liaising with clients regarding payroll issues.
  • Strict adherence to timetables for processing payrolls.

Provide friendly support to clients and their employees for all payroll related matters
